Burger Clicker
A single plain bun doesn't earn anything. It doesn't hire staff, doesn't grow a topping, doesn't turn into the burger empire the game is named after — none of that happens until you click it, and Burger Clicker makes you do that by hand before it hands you anything else to spend coins on.
The Click That Starts Burger Clicker
Every run begins the same way: left-click the burger, earn coins, repeat. There's no menu to dig through first — the early game is just clicking until you've saved enough for the first real purchase, a slow opening on purpose so that first upgrade feels like relief rather than another number going up.
Chef, Guard, and Manager: Where the Real Money Comes From
A Chef costs 150 coins and adds a flat coin per second, cheap enough to pay for itself almost immediately, making it the obvious first purchase. A Guard runs 175,000 coins and instead of flat income boosts total output by a percentage, so buying one early compounds everything built afterward. At the far end sits the Manager, a 999,999,999-coin purchase adding roughly 256,000,000 coins per second — a number that only makes sense once the economy is already running itself.
Six Plants, One Growing Burger
Beyond staff, you can grow ingredients that double as income and decoration, since each one visibly stacks onto the burger:
- Wheat, sugarcane — the two cheapest, with a modest trickle each
- Onion, potato — next up the price ladder
- Lettuce, tomato — the priciest and highest-output pair
Price climbs roughly 15% per copy, so a sixth wheat is never as good a deal as a first tomato — something players optimizing their run pick up on fast.
What Burger Clicker Doesn't Tell You Up Front
Once staff and plants stop moving the needle, pricier structures like a Factory, Mines, and a Store open up, adding thousands, then millions, then tens of millions of coins per second. No in-game order is suggested:
- Buy the Chef the moment you can afford it
- Grab the shop's auto-click hand so clicking stops being required
- Pick up a couple of cheap plants for early income and toppings
- Buy the Guard, since its percentage boost compounds everything running
- Move into structures once staff and plants get too expensive
There's no prestige or reset loop the way some clicker games offer — progress is just bigger numbers stacking toward the Manager tier, which some players find flat once the early decisions are behind them.
What should you buy first in Burger Clicker?
The Chef. At 150 coins it's the cheapest upgrade and pays for itself in passive coins per second almost immediately.
Do the toppings on the burger actually matter, or are they just for show?
Both — every plant grown adds passive income and stacks a visible topping at once, so the burger's look is a direct readout of the economy you've unlocked.
Can Burger Clicker keep earning while you're away from the tab?
Yes, to a point. Staff, plants, and structures generate coins passively once purchased, and the auto-click hand removes the need to tap the burger, though you still have to return to spend what's piled up.
Burger Clicker never pretends to be more than what it is — a single burger buried in wheat, onion, tomato, and whatever else you can afford, funded by a Chef and a Guard and eventually a Manager pulling in more coins per second than the clicking ever could.
